Bush Cabins

Rustic cabins recall time past – nostalgic and simple – a bach at the beach with a contemporary touch.

Each cabin is comfortable and uncomplicated so your days can be spent lazing on the beach or exploring the harbour and surrounding forest.

Set amongst Pohutukawa trees on the rise of a ridge the Cabins have panoramic views of the 23 acre camp property and the surrounding Opoutere valley.

Camping

For a small campground there is a diverse mix of campsites from those on the upper camp plateau with elevated views to the surrounding hills and Opoutere valley to private sites nestled under sprawling Pohutukawa trees. On the bottom camp there are spacious sites running alongside the Onukuhou Stream.

The facilities are clean and well maintained and because we strictly limit camp numbers any waiting time is minimal.
